The Shelbourne contains a total of 265 luxurious and well-equipped guest rooms, a total which rose with the hotel’s most recent redevelopment. Of this figure, there are 19 suites which are home to all sorts of added extras; 12 of these are named after famous guests who have stayed at the venue, such as Hollywood actress Grace Kelly. Some of the rooms have excellent views of the surrounding area while some of the suites and the Heritage Parkview rooms allow guests access to the Heritage Lounge.

- Heritage Parkview guest rooms – stylish, spacious and well-equipped rooms which include access to the Heritage Lounge which looks out over the nearby green and offers a choice of food throughout the day.
- Suites – including the Princess Grace Suite. Suites feature two bedrooms, separated dining and living quarters and excellent views from their windows.
